Jenny-Lyn has been a member of the Massage Therapy Association of South Africa since 2013. She previously served as a general committee member in publications, and after stepping down from this role for several years, she re-joined the committee in 2023 as the CPD representative. In June 2025 she was nominated as vice-chairperson and currently holds these two roles.

She qualified as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist & Therapeutic Aromatherapist in 2004. She has been in private practice since then, currently running practices in Musgrave & Kloof, Durban, where she focuses solely on Therapeutic Massage, tending more towards deep tissue massage & myofascial work.

She enjoys treating the “everyday person”. No matter their background, shape, age, beliefs or interests, if they have muscles, Jenny-Lyn believes they deserve the skills of a trained professional massage therapist.
